I'm amazed he was only 73. He already looked to be in his 50s when he was on Grandstand in the 70s.

They had some real toffs talking the horses in those days. Julian Wilson, Peter O'Sullevan, Lord Oaksey and Dorian Williams for the show jumping. Whatever happened to show-jumping?

Interesting obituary. Apparently, he fell out with Peter O'Sullevan, but worked with him for another 25 years.
