Ransom ware threat. 16:36 - May 15 with 1056 views

For anyone running older versions of Windows dating back to 2003 Microsoft have released a protective patch that was released in March for Premium customers but is now available for free.
Article in the Guardin with the relevant explanations and download links to Microsoft for whatever version of Windows you are running. Installs in about 5 mins.
Can't link to the article from the iPad and the configuring hangs a bit, but worth getting the patch for free and protecting your pc, laptop etc.

Indeed. The article suggests NSA tipped off Microsoft re its stolen tools just before they reached the dark net.
