We started last nights game effectively with 10 men on a good day, 8 or 9 on a bad day. Today was a bad day. You have zero chance of winning a game in that circumstance.
Somehow he has to keep us up then somehow convince the board that those not good enough are drummed out at the first opportunity, an end to the numerous opportunities sub standard players get at this place.

Personally, I thought Plymouth defended excellently and he recognised that too. I also thought that his substitutions, which have been unbelievably good in past matches, were not the best tonight but perhaps he wanted to give a couple of players some game time in view of the 'bigger picture'.
