Cisse 19:45 - Sep 15 with 886 views | WeaverQPR | Whats your views on him not starting? Is AJ and BZ the preferred pair?

Cisse on 19:49 - Sep 15 with 869 views | HAYESBOY | I think AJ started as he wants the front two to work hard in stopping the centre halves playing out. Catch 22 Cisse great finisher but doesnt really put a shift in or AJ works really hard but not the best finisher.

Wasnt happy to see AJ and Zamora start and no Cisse but actually thought until AJ was injured they worked excellently together. AJ movement and touch is something we've been missing. He's hard to play against and although may not be prolific in front of goal he creates space and opportunities for others. Will be a real blow if it's a bad injury.

Cisse on 20:11 - Sep 15 with 793 views | yankranger | I don't like seeing Adel, Hoillet and Cisse all starting out on the bench. But that being said, BZ and AJ seem to be playing well together. Though the whole team looked alright today - so I am not going to complain. But after a few poor ones I will be whinging for these guys to be getting some time. Good problems to be having.
Cisse on 20:14 - Sep 15 with 783 views | Pablo_Hoopsta | We wont know the full plan of the game due to the injuries and forced subs but I thought AJ and BZ played very well and were causing problems. Its a tough call, sometimes I'm glad I'm not the manager!!
Cisse on 20:29 - Sep 15 with 743 views | baz_qpr | I think the logic behind it is in a a team with a lot of new players playing an established partnership who know what the other is more likely to do. I was perplexed by the Mackie sub though, I thought that was unnecessarily defensive at a time when we were on top. Having said that Cisse looked heavy to me anyone else think this

Zamora and Cisse have probably played as many times together as AJ and Zamora. Both os them said due to injuries they only ever actually played a few games together at Fulham.

Weve held the European champions (still sticks in the throat); bullied them in midfield; and could have beaten them. Think the balance is ok up front for this game. Will change for other teams - and if our midfield control games like I think they will, then MH will be able to show what a great tactician he is by changing our forward line to suit.

Cisse on 21:24 - Sep 15 with 596 views | CHUBBS | Cisse just doesn't seem to fit in to the style we are currently adopting. He is a brilliant finisher but not much else and Hughes expects the strikers to put in a shift from back to front.Zamora is a must in this line up but i just can't see a place for Cisse starting.
Cisse on 21:27 - Sep 15 with 581 views | WatfordR | Not very long ago, if one of our starting strikers got injured, his place would have been taken by MC Terminator or SDC. Now it will be taken by Djibril Cisse. Our current options would certainly be my preferred choice.
Cisse on 22:42 - Sep 15 with 493 views | DylanP | Cisse just hasn't looke good this season. He seems to spend most of the time in an offside position. I don't rally understand what happened coz at the end of last season he seemed like the best thing since sliced bread. Maybe he is out of shape or having a purple patch. Hope he can pull it together, because we will need him this season.

Cisse on 22:54 - Sep 15 with 475 views | Jamie | Did a hamstring out in Asia but looked ok in Germany. Can't help wondering it he's got a slight problem they're managing. Would explain him constantly being offside at Carrow Road if he doesn't trust himself to have that first yard.

We didn't miss Adel and AJ was playing well until his injury. I have no complaints about the team selection at all. I suspect though that AJ will be out for 6 weeks and so Cisse will most probably be a starter from now on. However, so far this year Cisse has not shown the golden touch that he had last year......
Cisse on 05:30 - Sep 16 with 352 views | essextaxiboy | I think he wanted a striker who would come deeper and level it up in midfield. while being able to get in the box when we attacked Johnson was doing that , he picked up the injury tracking back almost into the right back position Cisse plays on the shoulder of the defender, that why Mackie came on IMO
