just wondering if there is anything that a modern bank would not do.
i don't bank with hsbc, and don't have anywhere near enough money to be advised about tax avoidance and evasion, but just occasionally, it would be nice if i could actually speak to anyone in this country who works for my bank, who understands my business, and doesn't need to ask a supervisor for a translation of what i just said.
and don't mention bonuses, additional charges, cashpoint machines that don't work, and no saturday openings.
