Yes you can.
Head to the cable car when you come out of North Greenwich tube, then follow the river East.
You'll see some great sights (marsh lands etc) and walk through some not a great ones (cement factories) then past the Thames barrier,
You'll then come to the hope & anchor - from her it's a 15 minute walk up th hill to the ground

Last time we went into The Pilot which is 7 minutes from North Greenwich and got cabs to the ground (about 10 minutes)
The Pilot s a good boozer. Very decent if it's a nice day as their garden is well done up |  |

On the thing I posted before it said 43 minutes and that was via 3 pubs. Usually its well over estimated so reckon you could do it in 35 easy - maybe even 30 |  | | |
