Championship Preview Thursday, 10th Jan 2008 20:54 Well, after a short break, a warm welcome back to LFW's preview in what's going on elsewhere in the Championship, other than QPR this weekend. We start this week with the game that Sky have chosen for their evening kick off, as league leaders West Brom travel to the KC Stadium to face Hull City. The Baggies will be looking for maximum points to remain at the top as second place Watford, take their outstanding away form to bottom club Preston. Staying at the wrong end of the table and it looks like it could well be a fruitless weekend for the bottom three. With Preston mentioned, Scunthorpe make the long trip to St Mary's to face Southampton and Colchester face a tough looking trip to 3rd placed and still, the surprise package of the division, Bristol City. Just above the drop zone and Leicester City take on Coventry who are a real mixed bag this season. They win one week and lose the next but have already dumped both Manchester United and last week, Blackburn Rovers out of the Carling and FA Cups respectively. One other fixture that catches the eye, is the 6th v 4th clash at Portman Road as Ipswich take on Stoke. The Tractor Boys home form is formidable this season, whereas Stoke will still be wondering just how they didn't manage to dump Newcastle out of the cup last week.
