After two failed bids, the second believed to be around the £700,000 mark, Rangers may have finally made a bid that Wednesday may accept and the deal is hoped to be done in time for the Barnsley game on Saturday. However, if this one fails, Rangers look likely to turn their attentions to Hull defender, Damien Delaney for a fee thought to be around £1 million. We shall see...
