Tuesday, 25th Mar 2008 15:00

A Young R's reserves side were beaten 3-0 at Charlton earlier this afternoon.

The game was switched to an afternoon kick off at Charlton's training ground when a 7pm kick off at the Valley was previously scheduled, but as a contest, it was all but over at half time. Steve Brown had to revert back to 4-4-2, from a 4-3-3 formation for the second half as the home side had created an abundance of attacks and had stormed into a 3-0 lead. American keeper, Matt Pickens once again put in another outstanding performance and was praised by boss, Steve Brown after the match.

QPR Reserves: Pickens, Wright, Ford, Harris, Brown, Coyne, O'Brien, Smith, Morgan-Cummings, German, Arthur. Subs: Crowther, Lawrence, Maguire, Smart.

The reserves are next in action at away to Watford on Monday 31st March, kick off 7pm (at Borehamwood FC)

QPR Reserve Home matches are played at Loftus Road Stadium. Kick off 7.00pm unless otherwise indicated.
