Michael Mancienne won his full debut for England Under 21's in the 0-0 draw with Poland this evening.

Michael has won two U21 caps previously from the bench, but the R's loanee defender started and finished the game for Stuart Pearce's side, in his second game in 4 days at Molinuex. The 0-0 draw extended England's long unbeaten run as the Young Lions prepare for next years Under 21 European Championships.
