Robinson in charge of West London derby - Referee Wednesday, 10th Feb 2016 19:16 by Clive Whittingham For the second week in a row, QPR have a referee making a Loftus Road debut this Saturday as Fulham visit Shepherd's Bush. Referee >>> Tim Robinson (West Sussex), one previous fourth official appointment with Rangers. Assistants >>> Daniel Robathan (Surrey) and Christopher Pollard (Suffolk) Fourth Official >>> Keith Stroud (Hampshire) HistoryNo previous QPR appointments as a referee. StatsRobinson stepped up to the Football League list in 2012/13, prior to which he'd been refereeing in the Conference. He spent the majority of his first three seasons in the bottom two divisions, and only had two Championship games during 2014/15. He finished that campaign with 120 yellows and three reds from 31 appointments. This will be his ninth second tier game of this season, and given it's a televised derby match it suggests he's impressed people on his rounds so far. He's been prolific with the ywllows — 102 in 27 appointments so far (3.77 a game) — but has only sent off four players so far, and two of those were in the same Yeovil v Carlisle match a fortnight back. Those reds, and nine yellows, are his biggest haul from a single game this season by some distance. Other ListingsChampionship >>> Darren Deadman brings his unique style of refereeing to Forest v Huddersfield. League One >>> Mike Dean will be flouncing and drawing attention to himself through Doncaster v Sheff Utd. League Two >>> Stuart Attwell has Dagenham v Barnet, Trevor Kettle has Portsmouth v Bristol Rovers.
