Southport friendly next for Dale
Fri 03rd Aug 2012 07:00 by Col

The warm up to the League Two campaign continues at Haig Avenue this weekend, with Dale travelling to Southport.

A visit to Southport seems to be a staple fixture in the pre-season campaign, and this year is no different, with John Coleman taking his Dale side to take on Liam Watson's Southport side.

Last year, saw Dale pick up a 2-1 win over the Sandgrounders, with goals coming from Ashley Grimes and a superb Simon Hackney lob.

Admission to this game is expected to be £8 for adults, £5 for kids and free for those under 11 if accompanied by an adult.
