When Reece was given his first team debut at the back end of the 2009-10 promotion season, fans could be forgiven for asking "who?". For in getting first team action, albeit a couple of appearances off the bench, Gray had leapfrogged members of the reserves that were perhaps more obvious choices to be given a first team run out - perhaps a sign of how well thought of he is by the management.

Those two sub appearances certainly showed promise, as the young striker buzzed his way around the opposition.

Reece's progression at the club continued when he was taken away with the first team on the pre-season tour of Spain in the Summer of 2010.
