Conveyor belt of profitable players under Hill on 21:42 - Jul 21 with 1889 views | TommoRAFC | Murray and Dagnall were Parkin signings but the rest show how good Hill is at signing players. Did we make a profit on Adams? Edit - Fon Williams would have fetched a profit had he been under contract too. [Post edited 21 Jul 2014 21:51]

No disput that Parkin could spot a player, but his development of them was hit and miss. For every Holt and Lambert who improved, there's a Murray dropped to the bench in favour of Sako and a Dagnall playing on the right wing. Neither player was going anywhere until Hill took over.

And Keith hill must now be regarded as the new Dario Gradi, should he not be on a very long contract? Managers are not sold to other clubs, but compensation without all the bollox from greedy agents are negotiated I think... | | | | Login to get fewer ads

It seems Hilly has brought into the club a plan of identify - develop and sell on young raw / hungry talent. Its a facinating blueprint of what can be achieved. Hogan is now a Brentford player. I am excited to see who os the next on the production line!!.

£250k for Grant was a big fee BUT, I'm almost certain Scunthorpe had a 50% sell on clause as it was the only way Scunny would let Coleman have him so cheap.
