A striker 09:49 - Aug 20 with 11121 views | isitme | Very interesting comments about signing a striker by Hilly on Dale Player. He says he has a list of targets but clubs are still reluctant to let them go out on loan at the moment. Hill also mentions about finances and that splashing out on a player and paying them excessive wages could cause the club damage financially in the long run and cited examples such as Hereford and Stockport.

I can assure you our reputation went down in reality it needs rebuilding & This tribe needs to get out that routine [Post edited 20 Aug 2014 17:12]

People who don't go on coaches anyway are not stopping coaching running. What stops coaches running is the cost for supporters to travel, get into the ground and distance. Many people can't spare a full day to attend a football match if they are at work all week. I won't be going to Crawley but I will go to Sheffield United. [Post edited 20 Aug 2014 17:40]

It's cheaper than Centenary Year these Prices what the difference between 2007 and 2014? Just think it's like people want us to have an conference reputation across England, The fact Oldham take an Coach everywhere says lot about people's attitudes just 10 Minutes Away

You said £60 earlier. Coach excepted, you'd struggle to get to Crawley for less than £50 by any other means.

The economic situation in the country and people's wages, cost of living, etc, is a lot more now than it was in 2007. But we've been here before!

A striker on 18:03 - Aug 20 with 1672 views | Scunnydale | Try: Manchester (10.15) to MK Central (11.46). That should cost £8.60 with your railcard. MK Central (12.13) to Crawley (14.18). That should cost £5.30. Crawley (18.29) to Manchester (22.51). That should cost £23.10 That equals a nice round £37, using nationalrail.co.uk
A striker on 18:06 - Aug 20 with 1658 views | 442Dale | Our reputation for travelling supporters should be very good. For the last few years we've been at the top end of the table for percentage of home fans that travel away. In fact, in all my years following Dale we've always had a good away support numbers-wise, even when we've been awful on the pitch.

Have you factored the Tube tickets in there? It's a good price if you have. One fly in the ointment that day is that there are no trains from Rochdale to Manchester.

Tube tickets should be included if you book a through train. Hadn't planned it from Rochdale as surely there are other ways to get to Piccadilly? I wouldn't know about those things though...
