He tweeted this morning "game day" so I imagine it was a very late withdrawal.

Definitely missed him today. Can't believe how slow our play has become in recent weeks. We had no pace at all today. And we have lost the ability to run at pace down the wings. I hope we make a lot of changes for Tuesday just so we have something different to watch.

People have mentioned Done's absence affecting the away form because his pace would stretch the opposition. Having someone prepared to run in behind automatically opens up space as defences drop off, it's definitely an issue as teams can let us play in front of them at the moment. It's not to say we can't be successful playing like that, but with added pace it would cause even more problems.

Whether NML can get totally fit and provide this option remains to be seen. The impact of Reid carrying the ball for Bradford yesterday was there for all to see. It relieves pressure, moves the ball 50 yards in little time and gets the crowd going.

That last point is absolutely bang on 442

People are referring to Bradford's physicality, but we can cope with that and then start playing around teams - that's how we got promoted from L2

What really hurt us, both yesterday and during Shrewsbury's comeback was their ability to run with the ball at pace. It's no wonder people are saying Andy Cannon needs a rest - Usain Bolt would be feeling bloody tired playing fullback after those two games.

I'm not sure we missed Hendo that much yesterday - it's the sort of game he might've disappeared in. That might sound harsh, but that's how I've seen it and of course it's set against the many times he's won games for us, but against a different type of opposition.

We need an injection of pace more than anything. That'd stretch the opposition and take the pressure off our midfield and then our defence.

We might be able to take pressure off our midfield and defence if we stop hoofing it over the midfield and bypassing them. We play better when we play from the back and through the midfield allowing them to be able to get into the game. It is far more tiring chasing the ball than having the ball. I don't think we passed a short ball more than a dozen times yesterday. What has happened to our pass and move football and why have we changed to a hoof ball team. It's harder to complete a pass when a long ball than a short ball and the opposing team can't score if they haven't got the ball.

Manager Keith Hill has confirmed that Ian Henderson missed Saturday’s League One fixture Hill commented: “He suffered an injury at Millwall and he did really well to complete 90 minutes on Tuesday against Shrewsbury Town, but once he came off the pain killers it was obvious from Wednesday onwards that he couldn’t play.
“We’re hoping to get him back for the Sheffield United game, if not the game after.”

I hope he is back ASAP.

Our talisman without a doubt.
