Got Norwich into the Premier League and was highly rated before it went wrong, he did well at the Toon before being fired as well. Can’t argue with what he’s done at Brighton, relegation fodder to promotion chasers in 8 months

He's one of a group of managers who are ideally suited to the level he's at now. He seems to struggle at Prem level. A good manager though and a good player in his day. He's seems a honest and likeable guy.
