It beggars belief that the owner took on a manager who, just a few months down the line, doesn't share his "culture and philosophy". Who's fault is that?
Although Morris didn't become sole owner at Derby until last September, as chairman since May 2015 he would've (or should've) been leading the recruitment process. I hope it costs him a bloody fortune in compensation.

Yeah like when they sacked Billy Davies in the November after he'd just led them to the Premier League. Ok they were bottom of the league but they sacked him after losing to Chelsea. The following night he was going to a dinner in the Midlands to pick up a Manager of the Year award! |  |
