Australia are awesome, scored a try when down to 14 to stay in it They are also mentally brave, not kicking for the corner in the last 5 mins England are vastly improved, some individuals had absolute belters inc Robshaw for starters.

An historic victory Down Under England back on top at Lord's... Now what could go wrong for our national sports teams?

2 great games by England & Ireland. Did;t see the Wales game but seems they put in a good shift. Perhaps the NH is finally closing the gap on the SH, although the All Blacks still number 1 BTW that Lambie take out for the red card was brutal

The Welsh were very strong up untilaround 65 mins when the Kiwis stepped up another gear as they are able to do with ease. Jones has England playing very well. Staggering win for the Irish. This is one weekend of rugby of course. It will take some time for NH teams to reverse the trend of SH dominance.
Eddie Jones on 05:17 - Jun 12 with 2482 views | pioneer | Pretty good performances all round but need to remember its the beginning of a four year world cup cycle and the SH teams are experts at rebuilding according to this cycle so tend to be at their weakest at this point. However you can only beat what is in front of you.

Incredible defensive effort. That 20+ phase defensive effort at the end of the first half was critical as it took the Aussie momentum away. 70% possession to Oz in the second half without a point Well done England

Eddie Jones on 16:55 - Jun 18 with 2095 views | D_Alien | Another fantastic performance, and after withstanding the second half onslaught we should have nothing to fear from any team in the world. Just a pity the next World Cup is still three years away, but I think we'll get even better with Jones at the helm.

Aussies must regret not taking the points on penalties in easy kicking positions when 6 points down. A touch of arrogance about the decisions which only boosted english confidence when they didnt concede.
Eddie Jones on 10:48 - Jun 19 with 1985 views | aleanddale | Fantastic stuff from England. Agree that 5 minutes defensively leading up the half time was test match rugby at its finest! Chalk and cheese v the World Cup shambles.

Eddie Jones on 13:14 - Jun 25 with 1734 views | D_Alien | Fantastic finish to the series 40-44, what a match! Some England lads dipping below their very best, but that's to be expected after three gruelling tests, and we were still good enough

Owen Farrell is a machine. You are shocked even when he misses the hardest ones.

It would have been a great game for a neutral with lots of tries and good attacking rugby. Far too close for my nerves! As you said some of our players were running on empty. Nowell in particular missed a few tackles. A great achievement to go down under and white wash them.
