HMRC are certainly busy
Oldham in court on 17th May
Bolton on the 22nd May,

surely Bury must be overdue an appearance?

It was rumoured earlier in the year that if Bolton don't get promoted, they will go into administration very shortly after the end of the season.

Come on Posh..........you can beat them !!

After the end of the regular season, or after they've (potentially) competed in the play-offs with their 10-point deduction?

Bolton's problem isn't with HMRC. It is over a loan of £ 5 million.

Specifically its to from the financing company Blue Marble to the takeover vehicle "Sports Shield" used by Dean Holdsworth.

"Sports Shield" and Dean Holdsworth were bought out by Ken Anderson.

So the argument is the debt is with "Sport Shield" and not Bolton.
