The transfer window closed at Spotland on Monday evening, and we didn't buy one, and we most certainly didn't get one free. And more importantly, no one left.

Transfer windows have become something of a pain to Dale supporters in recent years. As like most football supporters, we've tended to initially look at them as an opportunity to strengthen, whilst reality has shown that it's been more of a case of ensuring that we get to keep hold of all of our players.

The window for signing playes on loan is also closed temporarily. We won't be able to make any loan signings until next Monday, and then we have up until 27th November to make an emergency loan signing before the transfer window re-opens on January 1st.
