To coincide with the official opening of Dale Trust's membership window for the 2009/10 season, it's the annual Trust week on RochdaleAFC.com.

We kick off a week of stories about the Dale Trust with the announcement that the membership window for the 2009/10 season officially opens today.

By now, many supporters will have heard about the Trust's intentions to improve the first team training facilities at Bowlee, and by joining the Trust you can help to do just that. This week we will be running a series of stories about the benefits of joining the Trust and some of the planned events that we have in the pipeline that will help us raise the money needed to improve Bowlee.

Once again the Trust has frozen its membership prices for the coming season and already many people have renewed their membership for 2009/10. Not only that, but we have already made a start on the Bowlee fund thanks to the kind donations of supporters that have renewed their membership. We can assure all members that any donations made will be going directly towards the Bowlee fund.

Any fan who is kind enough to wish to make a regular donation towards the Bowlee project can set up a standing order with the Trust by filling in the mandate at http://www.daletrust.org.uk/assets_cm/files/pdf/standordmand.pdf

Joining the Dale Trust could not be easier. Just visit the website, www.daletrust.org.uk, and follow the instructions, or download a membership form from http://www.daletrust.org.uk/assets_cm/files/pdf/membform0910.pdf and return the completed form, with a cheque to cover the cost of the membership fee, to the address shown or hand it in at the Trust desk in the Dale Bar at any of the home friendlies.

Membership forms will also be available from outlets in and around the ground during each of the upcoming home friendlies.

Last year the Trust smashed its all time membership record with well over 500 members and this season we are hoping to break the 700 barrier as Dale fans rally round the Bowlee cause.

Trust membership officer Scott Goulding said: "Year on year the Trust has gone from strength to strength and now that we are faced with our biggest money raising project to date, we hope that even more fans will join the Trust and give us their support. The benefits package for members is now better than ever but the biggest benefit has got to be the level that you support the club simply by joining us."

The Trust would like to announce that all members that have renewed their membership for the coming season, or are entitled to complementary membership via the Share the Dream initiative, will receive their membership cards soon.
