A 5pm phone call from Keith Hill secures Tom Heaton on another month loan deal from Manchester United.

With keepers Kenny Arthur and Matty Edwards still not recovered from injury, a post match phone call from Keith Hill was enough to ensure that Tom Heaton's loan deal from Man U was extended for another month.

The deal includes a 24 hour recall should Van Der Sar, Foster and the Polish fella get injured.

The deal will see Heaton remain at Spotland for the next four games, with the last game being the trip to Cheltenham on January 23rd.
