Rhys Bennett made a return from injury on Wednesday evening after he played for Dale in the Lancashire FA Cup final defeat against Bury.

Bennett broke his arm whilst the players were on their pre season training camp in Tenerife in what was a freak training ground accident. But a month on, and he's back in action.

The Dale side lost 2-1 to Bury in the Final courtesy of a late goal. Dale had took the lead in the first half through a Lewis Alessandra goal.
