Dale captain Ian Henderson will be forced to miss this weekend's visit of Southend United.

Hendo missed both the wins over Charlton and Notts County after suffering a head injury last week against Bolton. He suffered concussion in the challenge, and the recommendations are that a player is out for up to fourteen days. Dale boss Keith Hill confirmed after the win over Notts that this would keep him out of the Southend game.

Hendo has been in fine goalscoring form this season, with five goals from thirteen appearances so far.
