Reference your comments concerning shirts and cups of tea. Let’s pursue your line of thought to a conclusion. Should you be unfortunate enough to injure yourself at St Mary’s due say to negligence by Mr Wilcox acting as an employee of S F C and ultimately Sports Republic. Who would you sue for compensation? That’s right, your solicitor would take out an action on your behalf by issuing proceedings jointly against S F C and Sports Republic, naming Mr Wilcox as their employee.
