Vitesse Arnhem Away Ticket News Imminent
Tuesday, 21st Jul 2015 16:05

According to the clubs official twitter feed the details of the trip to Vitesse Arnhem should be released tomorrow.

Saints are nearing announcing the details for the second leg of the Europa League tie against Vitesse in Arnhem and they should be made public on Wednesday according to the clubs official twitter feed.

There have been several stumbling blocks as to why it will have taken the best part of five full days to release these details the first being the actual allocation itself, Saints have been in discussion with Vitesse about an increased allocation given the numbers of Saints supporters who are intending to travel, although this may be difficult with Vitesse appearing to have already put all areas of their stadium on general sale within hours of the draw being announced.

The second reason and the more minor one is that the actual time of the match has yet to be announced, although this has not stopped Vitesse selling the tickets.

Thirdly Hampshire police Football Intelligence unit are still in conversation with their counterparts in Holland about arrangements for the game and these will also include a fan area in the centre of Arnhem for Saints supporters.

The police are also warning Saints supporters not to buy tickets in home areas as they are likely to be stopped from entering the ground on the night, although they would say that.
