Forster And Bertrand In England Get Together
Thursday, 11th Feb 2016 15:53

Fraser Forster and Ryan Bertrand are among a group of around 40 players who will meet up with England manager Roy Hodgson today.

The two Saints are today up at St Georges Park for an England team meeting as Roy Hodgson starts his preparation for the European Championships in the summer.

Hodgson has got together his last England squad of 30 players plus around another 10 players who were unavailable back then including Fraser Forster who has yet to let in a goal in five games since returning from injury.

Both players will be hoping to be in England's final squad for the tournament in France and will be pleased to be involved in today's meeting.

Also there will be former Saints Adam Lallana, Nathaniel Clyne and Luke Shaw.

Today? BH!

Shouldn't our players be thinking and concentrating on tomorrow's game? When are we travelling, this afternoon or tomorrow morning and how will they get over there without being travel weary on our Friday-jammed roads?

Bet our clean sheet record is blown now.
