Saints Keep Ticket Prices Low For Arsenal FA Cup Tie
Thursday, 19th Jan 2017 11:58

Saints have kept up their policy of keeping prices affordable for cup ties when Arsenal visit in the 4th round of the FA Cup of 28th January.

After silencing the Canaries Saints now have to spike the Gunners in the 4th round in a game that will be played at 5.30pm on Saturday 28th January.

With the tie being televised and on a Saturday evening not to mention the poor form at present there are plenty of excuses that Saints fans can use for not going to this game.

However one of those excuses won't be money with ticket pries once again very cheap.

Adult prices are £15, Concessions (18-21 and over 65) are £12 and under 18's £8, good value to see if Saints can beat the Gunners in the FA cup as well as in the League cup in the same season.

For those looking for omens back in 1979 Saints reached the League Cup Final and a few days later played Arsenal at the Dell in the FA Cup, this season the Gunners will visit only a few days after our trip to Liverpool, perhaps we will once again have a Wembley date booked by then.

Due to competition regulations meaning that Arsenal can have more tickets than for a normal league game, some Season Ticket holders will be displaced from their usual seat in order to accommodate the allocation given to Arsenal. The following seats will be unavailable for purchase:

Block 41
Rows A-H, seats 1059-1069
Rows J-P, seats 1068+1069
Rows Q-OO, seats 1064-1072

Block 42
Rows A-OO, seats 1073-1103

Displaced Season Ticket holders can purchase in the above window, and will also have an exclusive period to purchase an alternative seat between 9am and 12pm on Monday 23rd January, meaning they can have first grabs at decent seats not purchased by season ticket holders.

Tickets will go on sale in the following order:

Thursday 19th January (9am GMT): Season Ticket holders
Monday 23rd January (12pm GMT): 2016/17 Official Members
Tuesday 24th January (9am GMT): General sale

Let's hope they don't keep up their policy of justifying that low price by playing boring football!

If they do Sonic at least we won't have to worry about the price of 5th round tickets...

In fact these prices are extortionate for an U23 game. Depends how you look at it really, Nick?
