Season Ticket Renewal Cut Off Point Put Back A Day
Friday, 28th Aug 2020 11:45

Saints supporters who have not yet renewed their season tickets have an extra day to renew with the deadline being extended.

Saints have put back the deadline till Wednesday 2nd September as detailed in the club press release below.

The deadline to renew Season Tickets for the 2020/21 campaign has been extended until Wednesday 2nd September following feedback from fans and due to our current operating hours.

Supporters now have an extra day to call the Ticket Office on 02381 780780 to secure their seats for the new season with phone lines open between 10am-4pm on both Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Please be aware that the Ticket Office can only take calls at these times due to operating restrictions at St Mary’s

Ahead of the deadline, fans can also renew in person at the Stadium Store which is open between 10am-4pm tomorrow, and on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Store will be closed on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.

Alternatively, you can login to your online account, click on ‘Season Ticket renewals’ and your seat will be ready and waiting for purchase.

2020/21 Season Tickets are available to renew at a special loyalty price, and protected by The Saints Promise — a series of commitments designed to protect Season Ticket holders, including a direct refund for any fixture played behind closed doors or where a Season Ticket holder cannot attend due to reduced capacity. Supporters who did not hold a ticket in 2019/20 can also purchase now.

For those supporters who have renewed and are looking to move seats for the 2020/21 season, you can do this by calling the Ticket Office between 10am-4pm on Tuesday 8th September.

For more information, visit our dedicated Season Tickets page, or check out our FAQs page.

Presumably because Monday is a Bank Holiday

Supporters wishing to move seats?
I doubt many will be sitting in their purchased seat for sometime with reduced socially distanced crowds

I agree with you. If access is decided by ballot presumably the lucky few will be allocated one of the seats available rather than have any choice in the matter. Will ruffle a few feathers especially if an inferior seat is allocated and no refund is offered..
