I went in there earlier to get some nice food for tea.

It was full of Pensioners. Now, I thought this group of society were struggling with having to live longer etc, yet the choose to shop in there.

Do they get a discount for being closer to death than other members of society?

These are the comfortable pensioners who retired at the right time before their pensions were tampered with. The same people who are now calling for more "austerity" and tutting at the rest of us having the temerity to moan about having to pay for the excesses of governments and others.
