Really don't think it's a laughing matter

For any sportsman or athlete to suffer a trauma like this can be life changing even just as a coach. As I recall he has suffered a lot in the past with injuries that have blighted his career.

Great gesture of support for a former player.

I really dont see why people are questioning this, probably because they have no idea who Bodde is.

Before my time but nothing wrong with a gesture before kick off for him and even Leighton James. I really dont see the need to question this, if people dont like it dont clap.

Im sure any messages of support or even a few seconds of recognition at the game would mean a lot.

Bacterial and viruses can be life changing, my misses had mumps that cleared but left behind M.E and fibromyalgia. She had to give up work at 20.
So I can imagine how devistating it would be if that happened to him, all it takes is for that virus to manifest. Not saying he got mumps but even glandiafever or pneumonia, sometimes a bad flu can cause it.

Hope he pulls through though he's had enough crap standing in his way
