Before people step in and say "but other clubs have injuries" quite frankly I couldn't give 2 f*cks about other clubs' incompetence. These "experts" are paid a large sum of money. Accountability and ongoing review is the very least they should be subject to

The physiology of the body determines its well being.One consultant says this,the other that.I have a family member who competed at a high level in international sport,shattered both her cruciate ligaments and medial ligament,on an injury scale out of 10,9. 3 major operations and ligament grafts plus 2 and a half years after the initial injury she returned to her chosen sport of Judo.The traumatic knee injury she suffered impinged return to top level judo on a full time basis,but part time okayish (a wing and a prayer).Would respectfully suggest that Michu see's the best ankle specialist money can buy and hope that his/her diagnosis is positive,in the lap of the gods in reality.I wish the young man all the very best.

i broke mine about 8 years ago and i still get twinges.
Unfortunatley, I cant see Michu regaining the form he had last season anyway tho . I think he had a big point to prove to one of his boyhood heros and i dont think he'll have the same drive to show Monk that hes a bad motherf*cker.

There is no doubt at all if Michu stayed fit this season we would have been fighting southampton & Newcastle & Man Utd for that 8 th place . Come on mun. The smart money is on him never playing for us again, a combination of an ankle condition that is getting worse, his woman fooking his head up and him falling out of love with the Swans a little bit since Laudrup was sacked .
My own view is that only Michu really knows the answer, i dont think anybody really knows anything apart from him .
I heard his head was messed up with personal and relationship problems a few months back but have no idea if that was bullsh1 t or not .
Be great to have him back fully fit though .

If that's true, Laudrup and the medical staff have some serious questions to answer in terms of why he was allowed or made to play every game and, yes, why he was not told in no uncertainterms to stop kicking anything except the football.
Playing Michu when he clearly had injury problems that needed managing, and doing his level best to ignore Bony who was fit and available and gagging for gametime was without a shadow of a doubt Laudrup's most idiotic idea, and this is the guy who named a team containing Itay Shechter on no less than eighteen separate occasions.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

That incident still staggers me now. There have been worse misses but for some reason any I have seen pale into insignificance against the sheer awkwardness and cumbersomeness of this "attempt on goal". I swear to God the whole ground went into some kind of shock and none of us could ever feel the same way about football. Ever again.
