I like your original list but surely Messi and Ronaldo have forced their way on the top 20 list? They're arguably in the top 5 greatest players of all time.
Swap Messi for Zizinho. Ronaldo for Van Basten (nothing against his talent, just didn't play long enough).
Ronaldinho for Gerd Muller too. That's more of a romantic selection though. I think Ronaldinho is the most naturally gifted player to ever step foot on a football pitch. |  |
