Well, most Swans fans would probably agree he was one of the best natural finishers we've ever had, a bit in the Daniel Sturridge mould, but the guy always seemed to have at least several screws loose and was totally incapable of staying out of some sort of trouble for more than a day or two. It wasn't just with us either, the stories from his other clubs are the same. If anyone ever knew the whole truth of his career, it would make a good book.

He was a top player for Swansea, scored a perfect hatrick on his debut, scored some magnificent goals in the play offs. He wasn't liked by the scouse mafia at the club, the likes of trundle, Robinson,Macleod etc because he was taking the limelight away from them.
Two sides to every story. Wish him and his psychiatrist all the best.

I remember me and my dad were meant to see the game he made his first start for us, but for some reason he couldn't make it so my mum went with me instead. He scored a hat trick and it's was such a great game! My dad wasn't exactly happy about missing it haha | | | |
