Injuries 19:08 - Jul 29 with 3513 viewsdeanscfc

Could all these injuries we have be related to the 'hardest ever preaseason (fitness wise) that Ash talked about? Is this inexperience from Monk...breaking them in too hard, too early? These players injured now will have to recover and build their fitness back up again so its not ideal.

Seriously its not like training is force marching through the icey steppes into Stalingrad. The way I hear it... how can having a difficult training session be a bad thing? the more fit before the season the better off we're going to be.

As over training is the biggest cause of injuries in football.
