Got my ticket but could only get the upper tier, so in assuming that we had only asked for/been given the upper, does anyone know how much It holds?
Pretty disappointing that we only have the upper, thought there would have been a big demand for tickets especially after United!
Also what are they like with flags? Can you hang them from the upper? Have they got to be a certain size? I know united hung a few when they have been there but not sure if anything has changed since.
Didn't bother taking them to United because they are strict with them plus would have been nowhere to put them.

I was given choice of upper / lower. Chose lower - less hassle and better atmosphere in the past (I usually prefer upper tiers, but not at Chelsea). About 300 had been sold from front to back at time of purchase, soon after going on sale.
9' x 6' flag not allowed few seasons ago as deemed to be too big. Had to leave in a room and collect afterwards - all hassle.
Once inside there are Chelsea flags, at least as big, in the corner of the ground diagonally opposite away end.
