Glam have definitely had a better season overall than for a number of years.
They have narrowly failed in the one day matches.Inconsistency has been the obvious problem.
The highlights of the season have definitely been the performances of Jaq Rudolph and fast bowler Hogan.
To my mind the player of the year has definitely been Jaq.He is pure class, and his innings against Durham on a terrible wicket was absolutely superb.
Having watched a number of games at Cardiff this year, I wonder about the quality of the wickets there.They definitely haven't suited Glam on many occasions, and for years have been known for uneven bounce and slow wickets.Definitely haven't helped our younger players. | |

The season has been mediocre if not dire NOTRAC. We are bottom but one in the County Championship, didnt qualify from the group stages of the one day cup, and lost 3 wickets in an over in a 20/20 quarter final.
Rudolph has been superb. Hogan has been superb. Allenby has been superb. The rest have been found wanting.
Time Glammy really tried to recruit some proven players and weed out the rubbish. They have plenty of money available.
Stewart Walters has been released time for several others to go.
