My brother (who will be in charge of the 'on the ground' armed policing in Central Cardiff) is up there for 10 days, he's going to be well paid for it, however, it means he's misses the Swans on Saturday and his youngest boy's first day in 'big' all day school. His boy, my nephew has profound Autism. So he wanted to be at home to help.
His wife was also told that she was going to be required but there was no way that could have happened with my nephews autism. |  |

I am led to believe, and I stand to be corrected, that there is a purpose built facility near Bruges in Belgium for holding such conferences. The Celtic Manor probably suits Obama more as he can now play a round of golf on the Ryder Cup course, given his propensity for playing the game during periods of crisis, as when a US citizen is being beheaded.
