Don't panic 00:10 - Oct 20 with 1101 views | JethroJack | After 8 games, I thought we'd have 14pts and we've got 11pts. 10 games...5 wins (2 COC), 2 draws, 3 defeats....not too bad a start. Should have done better in some games, with sharper finishing & competent refereeing. Well done Garry for having a pop, you'll get fined or maybe banned, but they can't deny you're telling the truth. If we sharpen up our finishing (eg. Siggy needs to pretend he's playing for Iceland) then those MUPPETS with the whistle won't have such an impact on our results. COYJB's....we're not Sunderland after all, so cheer up & let's give Leicester a good pasting on Saturday
Don't panic on 02:47 - Oct 20 with 1063 views | SwansNZ | My pre-season predictometer, forecast 11 points at this stage — so bang on target. We will win the next one followed by 3 defeats — lump on.

Don't panic on 02:54 - Oct 20 with 1053 views | ScoobyWho | I'm not sure if we can deal with the likes of Leicester, they can be the same as Stoke but more direct and far better. Could be a tricky one. They will look at us, the way we play and the way we fold in games and fancy all three points. No leaders on or off the pitch at the moment. This has to change.

Most would say Stoke are better than Leicester Shelvey is back as is Leon soon and they wwill make a difference Carroll gave us some shape and we need that as Stoke are old heads

When is Leon back? I'm sure someone mentioned on here that he was back in training about 2 weeks ago???

Don't panic on 13:54 - Oct 20 with 835 views | icecoldjack | All said and done defeat away at stoke is not the end of the world, results at the liberty need to improve though as I thought we dropped points against Newcastle,Southampton and scraped it against burnley . Leicster is a must win IMO then everything is good again. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Add to that the games that we threw away last season from commanding 1st half positions and it's a worrying trend. It's not time to panic, but only being kept off the bottom of the form table by QPR is not a good place to be. Whilst some smart Alex will probably say there are no must win games at this stage of the season, I don't think it's possible to underestimate the value of getting all 3 points against Leicester. It should add a bit of spice to the game hopefully and lift the crowd.
Don't panic on 15:10 - Oct 20 with 769 views | hammy | Yes, no need to panic at all. But it is very disappointing to keep losing / drawing these kind of games when we could so easily be picking up more points. If we secured 3 more points at the stage then we would be in 4th place.

Don't panic on 15:15 - Oct 20 with 763 views | Dr_Winston | It's not the points we have, it's the points we've dropped. Sunderland, Newcastle, Stoke & Southampton are games we would have targeted to get a couple of wins from. The bread and butter so to speak. Instead we have a grand total of two points from twelve. Once Leicester are out of the way (and that's not exactly a formality) we're into a tough run of fixtures. [Post edited 20 Oct 2014 15:19]

| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

It's okay, we're only a couple of points off the Champions League so everything is rosy and it is okay for our manager to keep living off one result despite an appalling run of form and performances from him on the touchline. (Last season he lived off the Cardiff result and this season it appears it is the Manchester United result)

Do you actually like Swansea DYSS? You are very very negative, and that is coming from a poster who is a self confessed glass half empty type. FFS why do you come on here?

Agreed, it is disappointing, but that's a clear indicator of how far we've come & how high our expectations have risen. Southampton are flying at the moment but we all know that we're at least as good as them & would have beaten them if Wilf hadn't had a brain fart! So, they're bound to get some dodgy results at some point & we're bound to improve again. Marathon, not a sprint. [Post edited 20 Oct 2014 21:05]
