I find all refs in the Prem pretty poor. They do turn in the odd decent performance and I thought Oliver turned in one yesterday. We had a decent amount of protection against the bully boys.
Diving is a problem in the game and there is little doubt Moses went down very easily. The fact that Rangel had hold of his shirt makes it one of the lesser offences and certainly did not warrant the reaction from GM. There have been many worse examples.
Fact is we should have taken our chances and unfortunately Angel is starting to get exposed for lack of pace on a regular basis and this was one of the reasons it got as far a shirt tug / dive. |  |
