Now I like it cooked rather longer so I ask for it medium and complain if its not so I get a discounted from the bill.
I m pretty good at complaining and waiters seem to get a bit flusted with me sometimes.
I like Italian ones ,who are full of their own self importance. I just rip them to pieces. My missus quite enjoys the show .

Totally p*ssed off. However in 42 years of business I never ripped anyone off.
I could tell you some of the cr*p that I've had over the years, but I'd be here all night. One tw*t complained that they had ordered the leg of the fish but didn't get the leg. Someone else complained that the chips were too fresh because it made them too hot. Someone else said that their portion of steak pie had only 13 pieces of steak. 13!!! I am most impressed with Lidl Rib eye steak. 2 for around £7 I believe. Seasoned then "fried" on a hot griddle pan for around 60 secs per side.
The best steak I've tasted from a supermarket hands down. Better than most restaurant steaks I've tasted too.
