Millwall set out to mould the game they wanted to. Make it a physical game, try the tricks. It's worked for them so far.
Millwall have got away with a lot. The foul on Brayford was yellow minimum, a lot of refs would have given a red given the lateness of the foul and the intent. The clear foul on Marshall for the goal. it's clear at times their antics got to several of the players.

The Klitchko's only play at home where they get favourable refs tho. 
You're right in that it is our problem, it's been a problem for a long time. We've lacked a midfield enforcer out there. Too many what ifs - if the ref had got his card out earlier to clamp down on things, who knows.
Regardless, we created chances first half. Not taking them cost us. The ref ignoring a clear foul on Marshall cost us. Losing our heads second half, going more back to front cost us.
