Let's look at it from a certain point of view
England decides to take over east wales it's ours they say ,
Then mid wales it's ours again they say , then west glamorgan get out of swansea .
They move the majority of wales into Pembrokeshire and because we fight back using violence , they bonb the f u ck out of us .
What if UK bombed f u c k out of Eire when the TROUBLES were in full flight.
But the English are Christians ...

Nice analogy, completey incorrect of course.
To be applicable, your scenario would need to be amended as follows :-
1) The English would had to have historically lived in the region, with a well established and proven history and culture.
2) It would ignore the fact boundaries never remain the same after war.
3) The Welsh would have had to be allowed to emigrate into those regions by the British government at the time whilst the English were prohibited from doing do. | |

Well, the numbers of British troops dead in the Royal David hotel bombing - for which there was warning a bombing would occur - could easily have been prvented. British officer, aware of the bomb warning had the enlightened response of "No Jew tells us what to do".
Other incidents, especially in 1947 unsurprisingly led to plenty of anti-semitic attacks in Britian which are conveniently glossed over. In North Wales, for example, Jewish gravestones had "Hitler was right" daubed upon them. Though I suspect some would decry that by saying it was just banter or private messages.
EDIT: I don't condone Irgun, just to clarify. Nor did a lot of Jewish groups. British intransigence caused the whole situation, preventing Jews from migrating to the area where they had clear historic links. If they'd allowed them rather than allowing mass immigration by others, the the whole scenario now could well have been avoided. [Post edited 22 Nov 2014 16:31]
