No shame 16:58 - Nov 22 with 1847 views | acejack3065 | In that performance. We fought hard, could have equalised and run the champions of England the whole way. Plenty to be proud of. We are becoming hard to beat and break down which has never really been out strong point. We can nit pick but generally we did as well as you could expect against one of the most expensive squads in world football.

No shame on 17:03 - Nov 22 with 1822 views | Highjack | Bit disappointed we sat back so deep after the goal, invited them on and made it so easy for them to attack us. To be fair we defended well but we're never going to hold out doing that for 80 minutes.

No shame on 17:07 - Nov 22 with 1751 views | acejack3065 | We scored too early. You invite pressure on and lose momentum but you can't push after scoring because the conceding team will do their best to regain possession. It wasn't a shower of sh*t, we lost to the champions of England and ran them all the way. A bit of luck with Shelveys free kick and it would have been 2-2. Monk made good substitutions but we didn't quite get there.

Ah guessed it was a second identity WUM, but DYSS is a second identity WUM anyway. No? How hilarious. Pathetic really. I guess some folks genuinely have no lives outside the internet.

Either way, someone who spends their time derailing football threads on an Internet forum for nothing more than their own amusement needs to do some soul searching.

My friend I think you have misunderstood my message. It was not you that I was referring to, I'm sure that if you had something you wanted to discuss with me you'd be man enough to conduct the discourse in public. Some posters however prefer to weasel in private.

Perhaps some decide to "weasel" in private as you refuse to answer them on the board?

DYSS,, why don't you just do one as you never have anything positive to say about Swans. We could have come away with a point today, which against the current champions is more than your favourite team managed earlier this month, and will probably manage in the return next April
No shame on 21:16 - Nov 22 with 1045 views | ymaohyd | Opinions will vary depending on peoples outlook. If we have aspirations of a top 7 finish, then a narrow loss to City and any of the other 'top 4' should be expected. The days of Swansea City turning up to rejoice in a narrow defeat should now be over (I say that to myself more than anyone else). The only criticism I'd have at the moment is that we haven't got a last 10 minute ten bob act..a game changer. Barrow was a real 'left field signing' and looks like being well worth it. I'd like to see a signing that we can put on late, when losing who can really shake things up. Gomis scored a lovely header against Arsenal, but a header that Bony would have scored. What possible players are out there who can do something different? To my knowledge we only have Gylfi as a great free kick specialist.

In fairness, I think Gomis does offer something different to Bony. He is far better running at defenders, although Bony has the edge in a lot of other areas. Bony would have put the header away, but would he have kept up with Monteros run after playing 60-70 minutes up front on his own? Do agree we only really have one free kick specialist. we certainly don't have a left footed option, Shelveys free kick yesterday was much better suited to a leftie. Also agree we are at the stage now that a narrow defeat to a top team is nothing to be ashamed about, but shouldn't be celebrated either.
