before Wembley game 2011, I wore a DIY shirt with printed Swansea logo and surpporting slogan, and took one and half hour bus trip to the town center of Wuhan city in China. Tried to find a pub which I could watch Skysports. Unfortunaetly no one. Then I went into a Internet Cafe to watch that game online. and went out to drink after half time. so when I heard that we won 4:2 and we almost be equalized during the second half. There are synergies between the club and the University that could be developed further. Having a BPL club in the city helps overseas student recruitment, and over the long term, if we can get students from distant countries though the gate, this builds an international supporter base. My sense at the moment is that this is one area where our stadium capacity is holding us back as it is still hard for a lot of students to get regular tickets. With more capacity we could run student promotions that would have a lot of appeal for overseas students. |  | | |
