Realistically at this time of year, can't see any great options.

Paying Monk off, the board would not want to waste any more of Bonys fee

The board are looking to sell / bail out, so looking to show stability - I cant see them wanting to show any doubt in potential buyers minds.

I really think if Leon and Ki were in the squad this last month ( fit and well) the site would not be in such turmoil.

Is Monk the finished article as manager = no
Was it a big risk putting him in this position =yes
Should we back and support him till end of season =yes

What a ridiculous post. The team has had a few bad games and suddenly people want monk out. I think monk is and will be a good manager for us. I can see him staying here for over 3 seasons as manager. And I would not want to see anyone replace him in the near future either.

We are still having a great season and are probably in better position than we have been the past couple of seasons at this time of the year.
