In effect we appear to be going to set up 6 super councils probably something South East ,South West, mid Wales, North East and North West leaving one region.....Cardiff City region?
Not exactly going to provide local services for local people with regional centres like Newport, Swansea, Brecon, Wrexham and Caernarfon. |  |
