He was spotted by security guards and the police were called. Why didn't he just leave before they came
I did wonder that myself when I heard about this. Perhaps security restrained him in some way (yes, I know they have no legal right to do so before you say it).
I also can't work out why the hell this got to court. Surely a caution for being an idiot would have done?
Why didn't Tesco have some kind of parental guard on their servers. Surely, Tesco is just as culpable for allowing it to be downloaded. Still, it's a nice little earner for the courts
