The account holder for the Orange phone needs to ring Orange get the PUC code pay the fee and they then unlock the phone. The only other way is jailbreak at a phone shop but he says that is unreliable. He said its £24 | |

Part of my issue was this was a phone off ebay that is locked to Orange which was fine for the Orange SIM I had but now want to use with O2. Therefore I don't think Orange will do it so the shop option may be the only one! | | | |
